Local Business Terms of use

IMPORTANT – please read the information below.

This information forms the Agreement between you as a business to be a Reward Partner and GreenBe Software Pty Limited (‘GreenMoney’).

1. Reward

1.1 As a Reward Partner you agree to accept and honour from GreenMoney members the reward offer (‘Reward’).

2. Term of agreement

2.1 This Agreement commences on your approval of the Reward, continues unless terminated.

3. Responsibilities as a Reward Partner

3.1 As a Reward Partner you acknowledge:

• You have read these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
• The Reward and profile page was reviewed by you and checked for any errors before approval.
• Any information you receive from GreenBe will only be used for the purpose of fulfilling any obligation under this Agreement.
• During the term of this Agreement you must not use, offer or participate in any other incentive or rewards based environmental programs.
• This Agreement represents the entire arrangement between you and GreenBe and supersedes all prior communications, agreements or undertakings.

4. Reward redemption process

4.1 Reward vouchers are delivered by GreenBe to GreenMoney members digitally.

4.2 GreenMoney members may redeem their reward vouchers with you by:

• Giving you a printed copy of their reward voucher; or
• Displaying their reward voucher to you on any mobile device including iPhones, iPads, laptop computers or android devices.

4.3 It is your responsibility to ensure that staff are aware of your Reward, the redemption process and that appropriate systems are in place to manage reward redemptions in a timely manner.

5. Intellectual property

5.1 In order to fulfill any obligations under this agreement you give an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty free, license to use and reproduce your logo or emblem to GreenBe.

5.2 You agree that GreenBe owns the intellectual property rights to its software, platform, application, marketing material, member information, website, logo and brand.

6. Suspension or Discontinuance

6.1 GreenBe may suspend or discontinue its service at its sole discretion for any issues relating to privacy, technological developments or issues involving unauthorised access to GreenBe infrastructure.

7. Changes to the Contract, Product or Terms

7.1. Modifications or revisions of the Terms and Conditions can be made any time by GreenBe without any prior warning or notice.

7.2. The changes will be effective as soon as they have been posted on the platform.

7.3. You should check the terms and conditions from time to time so you are aware of any changes to the site and services.

7.4. Your continued use of GreenMoney after any modifications indicates you have accepted the new terms and conditions.

7.5 Any reward vouchers redeemed but not yet presented to you for use prior to any such are to be accepted based on the original Reward.

Approval

On approval of your Reward and profile page you agree to these Terms and conditions. Once your page has been approved, GreenBe will include you as a Reward Partner and notify the GreenMoney community of your involvement with the program.
