Creating your Council account

To activate and create your account:

1. Go to app.greenmoney.com.au and click 'Sign up' or download the app and tap Sign up.

2. Select the option relevant to you.

NOTE: If you both live and work in your city, select the 'I Live' option as you can add your workplace account in the 'Edit profile' settings of your household account.

I live in the city - household account

1. Add in your personal details and household postcode and click through to the next screen.

2. You'll be asked to verify your home address and suburb.

NOTE: If you see an error message after adding your address details, see the article 'There's a problem with my address'.
