How to claim points: Take an Action challenges

You can claim points for Take Action challenges in two ways:

• Challenge code
• Photo upload
  
  

Take Action - challenge code

1. Follow the instructions on the challenge page to find out how to receive your challenge code. Click 'Earn points' to participate in the challenge.

2. After you have completed the challenge and received your challenge code, click Earn points at the bottom of the challenge page (if you have navigated away from the challenge you can find it in your Wallet).

3. Click Yes, I have my code and enter your challenge code in the available field. Click Done to validate and earn your points.

Take Action - photo upload

1. Follow the instructions on the challenge page to find out what action you need to complete and what photo evidence you need to earn your points.  Click 'Earn points' to participate in the challenge.

2. After you have taken your photo, click Earn points at the bottom of the page (if you have navigated away from the challenge you can find it in your Wallet).

3. Follow the prompts to upload your photo. Click submit photo - your points will be awarded once it has been approved by Council admin. You will receive an email once this is complete.
