* By deleting your account you will no longer have access to your B informed account. *

 

B informed is a local government app, therefore you are required to contact our support team using the above to delete your entire account OR you can request that some of your profile data is deleted while still maintaining access.

Please note that for security and account verification purposes your account identity will need to be verified by our support team which will be completed within 24 hours of you contacting support.

Upon deletion verification, all of your account details and associated usage data will be deleted from the customer portal system immediately as is required pursuant to Australia's privacy laws.

The Privacy Act 1988 (the Privacy Act) contains 13 Australian Privacy Principles. These regulate the way we collect, store, provide access to, use and disclose personal information.
